Domestic purchases during the holiday season (November 14-December 24) may be returned until January 14, 2015. Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached.



First off, it's important to know that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and begin the day your order ships from our store, which is not always the same day your order is placed. Please reference our pack & ship timeframes below.

Orders placed and authorized Monday through Friday by 10:00am EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00am EST or holidays are shipped the next business day.

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

We calculate our shipping rates based on the estimated weight and size of items in your order.

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.

Once packages leave our hands and go into the care of the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, which by default include tracking numbers and will insure up to $50 on your shipment.

Orders requesting gift wrap may sometimes require an additional business day for processing, particularly during the busy holiday season.

A signature may be required for delivery on domestic shipments valued at $150 or more, sent via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail Express.

Orders containing hazardous materials (example: fragrance) are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Beware the autofill! We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, address corrections, or package returns if you supply us with an insufficient or incorrect address. We reserve the right to charge an address correction fee (up to 10.00 USD). Furthermore, you the customer are responsible for paying for the additional shipping charges for re-delivery to the corrected address. The initial shipping charges can not be refunded – we're making these postal couriers run around this whole time, you dig? So we cannot stress enough to make sure the correct address is entered the first time.

We like to offer Free Shipping when we can. Free Shipping promotions apply strictly to domestic orders, a.k.a orders placed within the continental United States. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are delivered via USPS First Class mail. Free Shipping cannot be applied retroactively.

Please be aware that we cannot provide Free Shipping on return items that qualified for Free Shipping at time of purchase.



Our discount/coupon codes cannot be combined with other discount offers or promotions, nor can they be applied retroactively or beyond their expiration date. All discounts are applied before shipping, handling, and tax. We retain the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time.



What a bummer. Ok, so let's fix that. Contact our Customer Care team at 215-545-0963 or via email to within 5 days. We will work with you to replace your item as quickly as possible. If we are able to locate a replacement, we'll send it to you at no charge. We will then ask that you return the damaged/defective/wrongly shipped item to us using our free return service.



Although we strive to display the correct availability of our products, we are still a small shop at the end of the day and it has happened that a customer in our physical store buys the last in stock item at the exact moment we receive an online order. In such a case, we will promptly contact you via email or phone to provide you with an estimated shipping date of the item. Any other items will be shipped as usual and we will ship the backordered item at no cost. Should you choose not to wait, you will be given the option to exchange the backordered item or receive a refund for the retail price of the item.






If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that they are unused in saleable condition, with original packaging and hangtags in tact.

We are able to provide return shipping labels at no cost for defective, damaged, and wrongly shipped items only.

We require that you include a copy of the original order packing slip with your return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare products.



If you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift with a gift packing slip (encoded prices), you may choose to receive an e-gift card containing your refunded amount. In order to do so, please email us so that we can issue an e-gift card via email.

Pretty please with a cherry and whipped cream on top, pack the return item securely in the original package (when possible), particularly with adequate packing material in the case of fragile objects such as ceramics.

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.



Full-price merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Sale merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

If items arrive damaged or defective you must notify us via email or telephone within 5 days of package receipt.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of us receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax.

If the original payment method is unavailable, the return balance will be issued as a store credit.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Shipping costs incurred delivering an exchange are payable by you.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. All additional shipping costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you.








All prices are shown in U.S. dollars ($USD). The item price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges. Omoi, Inc. has no control over the duty process and is unable to provide information about possible duties, charges or rates in advance.

We reserve the right to contact you for further information, and in the case of large orders, we reserve the right to request a written/faxed/emailed confirmation of your order. To that end, it is important to ensure your contact information is correct at the time of placing the order.

Omoi, Inc. cannot reimburse you, the customer, for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.



Please remember that delivery of international orders may take additional time to arrive, depending on the amount of time needed to clear customs.
