Created by Dutch artist Dick Bruna, Miffy and Friends features a cast of characters including Melanie, Boris Bear, and of course Miffy herself. The original Dutch name, "Nijntje", is a shortening of the diminutive konijntje, meaning "little rabbit."
Just Dutch is the official maker of Miffy and Friends crocheted dolls, doll clothes, and toys outside of the Netherlands. Each doll is handmade by workers with disabilities and their profits help support a community of disadvantaged women maintain a stable income.
