This guy's such a hoot! 

T-Lab animals are chiseled and sanded by craftsmen, and carefully painted by hand. Each piece is made from fast-growing White Albizia wood, a lightweight, bamboo-like wood native to Indonesia. The delicate detail work and weightless feel makes these critters more of an art object than a toy, though it's sure to bring a smile to people of all ages.  

The Kobe-based T-Lab company takes care to replant the Albizia wood on their farmland in Indonesia as a way "to give back to the earth as a manufacturer."
