Choose from:
Shiso (Japanese Basil): High in calcium and iron, the leaves of Shiso can be used to wrap sushi, onigiri, or grilled fishes. Chop to garnish salads, pasta, or rice. You can even dry it to make tea.
Shungiku (Chrysanthemum Greens): Shungiku (edible chrysanthemum) is a prized green vegetable high in vitamin B and minerals. Cook it like you would spinach, and pick young for salads or garnish.
Wasabina (Mustard Green): Mustard greens with a spicy, wasabi-like flavor. Pick young leaves to use in salads or as a garnish. When mature, eat stir-fried or sauteed.
