A: Create an OMOI customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. 

In-store customers can inquire at our counter. You will be asked to provide a name and email address.

Customers with existing OMOI online accounts prior to the end of 2023 were automatically enrolled. Check your inboxes for a welcome emails with account balance, in case you missed it.

Local customers with in-store accounts: if you know the email you have on file with us in-store, you can create an online account with that same email and hence be able to view your loyalty information .

A: Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in-store.*

Each time you spend, you will receive an updated loyalty points balance via email.

Other methods to earn points will appear under the Earn tab of your customer account.

Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.

A: Check your balance and rewards anytime by signing into your OMOI online customer account and clicking 'Check Rewards'.

Each time you shop, you will also receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance.

From there, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.

OMOI Club Rewards can be used in-store and online.

ONLINE
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you will be notified via email.

To use a reward, you'll be prompted to redeem it first. 

A unique coupon code will generate when redeeming your reward.

Use this code at checkout by copy-pasting it into the Discount field at checkout, then clicking 'Apply'.

Note: Limit one coupon code per order.

IN-STORE
If you redeemed your coupon code but would like to use it in-store, simply present the code to staff at the counter.

If you accrue enough points for a reward during checkout, our trusty system will notify staff, and you will be asked if you would like to redeem at that time.
