If you have questions about anything while on our site, we can't recommend enough contacting us before placing your order, at orders@omoinline.com or 1-215-454-6910 during store hours.

We accept and process your order for shipment on the condition that we receive confirmation of full payment and billing and shipping addresses. We will attempt to contact you about the address part, and if you unable to be reached, your order will be cancelled.

Sales tax is charged for shipments delivered to Pennsylvania at the rate of 6.00% (8.00% for deliveries within Philadelphia County).

We make every attempt to begin processing your order right away. You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of being placed by sending us an email at orders@omoionline.com. We cannot guarantee your order can be canceled. We will email you a response notifying you whether or not your order can be canceled.
