Every Sunday, Herman's beloved wife Angie prepared his favorite meal, a simmering pot of gravy loaded with meatballs and sausage. Dinners with them were amongst their favorite memories. This blend is a tribute to their grandmother, Angie, as there's no story of Herman without her.

Each bag is 12oz, whole bean, and typically roasted the same week we ship.
