Lookout & Wonderland Medicinal Magic Forest Bathing Bath Soak

Shinrin-Yoku, known as forest bathing in English, is the Japanese practice of communing with nature. This process of walking meditation and absorbing the forest's atmosphere has been shown to reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, and improve sleep.

In Lookout & Wonderland's newest soak, they bring the spirit of the trees home to your bath. As an ode to the West Coast, it contains tree oils from California to Washington State, and purified, untreated sea salt directly harvested from the Pacific Ocean off the Oregon coast.
