At the beginning of each week is a space for weekly notes, perfect for notating important events and tasks for the week, or to log things you want to keep track of on a monthly basis. For example, by keeping a record of the titles of books you read, movies you watched, or things that made you happy during the week, you'll feel much more fulfilled each month.
At the beginning of the book, you will find a three-year calendar for 2024/2025/2026, as well as an annual calendar for planning your entire year. You can use it to check and plan your schedule on multiple time axes, including monthly and weekly. At the end of the book, there is information such as a subway map, as well as 33 pages of lined notes and a page to write down your ID and password, which are easy to forget.
