- Unit price
- /per
Jugetsudo's Doux matcha is sweeter than most, a perfect starting point for matcha lattes and baked goods. Lightly sweetened with organic granulated sugar, it has a mild zest that suits beginners, casual tasters, and caffeine seekers alike.
With a deep, verdant flavor and vivid green color, this caffeine-rich treat can be served hot or brewed cold.
50g.
How to brew: Boil water to 80 degrees celsius. Add a teaspoon of matcha powder to a matcha bowl. Pour water into a plain cup, then re-pour the cup of water into the matcha bowl (this will cool down the water slightly and ensure the tea does not become bitter). Whisk the matcha with the water using a bamboo matcha whisk, in a zigzag motion. Drink immediately, sipping directly from the bowl.
