The Liliput Kolibri (Hummingbird) flies gracefully across the paper, just like its namesake. It's one of Kaweco's smallest writing instruments, but its color scheme is every bit as impressive as the tiny bird itself: the stainless steel casing is reminiscent of the iridescent, colorful plumage of various hummingbird species. These birds owe their vibrant colors to the unique structure of their feathers, which reflect incoming light through the phenomenon of interference. Inspired by this interplay of colors, the Kaweco Liliput Hummingbird achieves its metallic sheen through a particularly durable PVD coating. This process, with its variable color distribution, makes each pen unique.
The exotic fountain pen is finished with a laser-heat-treated nib that shimmers in rainbow colors.
