Kawataro, chief pastry chef, studied at a famous culinary school in Paris. He was the first Kappa to graduate at top of his class. He trained at famous restaurants and long-established hotels around the world. The name of the restaurant comes from the fact that he lived by the Seine during his time in Paris.

Postcards from the fantastic realm of Kyupodo (九ポ堂), a world much like ours, yet somehow different.
