The inside features a format with a monthly calendar and a vertical chart arranged on a double page spread. You can write four plans along the vertical axis of the chart on the right page. The vertical chart with wide writing space is useful for daily health management and as a household account book for recording income and expenditures. Another point is that you can easily check even the smallest plans by combining it with the calendar on the left.
