Cabi's Umami Dashi Soy Sauce is made out of premium ingredients using traditional techniques that have been passed down for 10 generations in Shimane, a countryside in Japan, known for their yummy soba noodles.
Cabi / Kabi (カビ) means mold in Japanese. Don’t worry, we are talking about really good mold and fermentation! Cabi is simple. It starts with a piece of mold, and founders Eri and Miki hope it spreads like a culture; the desire to share easy and traditional Japanese home cooking.
